We had a wonderful stay at Atlantic Plaza over New Years. Have been several times now. A very clean, safe place, within walking distance to shops, resturants, and entertainment. Would highly recommend to all!
Atlantic Plaza is a great little “GEM” great staff, very clean, 1 block from Flagler and close to lots of good things to do and see. And then there’s the view, right on the ocean and couldn’t be better!
My husband and I had the most awesome stay for one month last Jan/Feb.The management, Ed and Donna, are excellent hosts! The guests that we were privileged to meet were wonderful, and even though many return every year, greeted us warmly. I feel that this does say a lot about the personality of Atlantic Plaza! Terrific place to stay!!!!!
We have been coming to Atlantic Plaza for many years and enjoy every minute of our stay. We meet old friends and make new friends as well. Ed & Donna keep us busy with activities , small trips and of course dinner at many of the local restaurants. Being close to shopping is also a plus. Always look forward to returning each year.

Atlantic Plaza has been our “winter home away from home” for the past five or six years. It is hard to imagine how our stay could be improved upon in any way.
The management and staff go out of their way to make sure that their guest have the best vacation experience possible. It is accomplished through their hard work, dedication, personal interest in each guests and the immmaculate upkeep of the property.
We had another excellent stay at Atlantic Plaza. The only negative thing was the ice maker did not work properly even though it was looked at by condo personnel, but we always enjoy staying here because of the great sunrises and convenience to Flagler street.
We are glad you came to the Atlantic Plaza and appreciate your comments. The ice maker in question has been replaced. Very difficult to acquire parts for some of our individual owner’s equipment during a weekend…parts were ordered on Monday and arrived on Wednesday.

I have been a guest at Atlantic Plaza for many years and have to say it’s the very best place to stay in NSB. Every Condo has been outstanding meeting all my needs and comfort at it’s best. More than anything, the people (Donna, Ed and Sue ) are truly wonderful . They are always there to help and have gone above and beyond to be accommmodating at all times. I will always enjoy future visits to Atlantic Plaza…and oh yes I do love the beach,ocean and the beautiful pool they have. It’s the absolute best place in town!!!!!
Our stay in February, 2013 was everything we had hoped for. Wonderful location, attentive staff, clean and well furnished rooms…..and great weather. Looking forward to our stay in 2014!

Nearly 20 years of thoroughly enjoyable stays at the Atlantic Plaza speaks for itself! We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in NSB. Ed and Donna are first class hosts; always warm, welcoming and friendly! Great pool and beach and conveniently located to a great selection of restaurants and shops on and around Flagler Avenue. Our units have always been bright and clean. Sue and the rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly. As motorcyclists we especially appreciate the extra long parking spaces to accommodate our trailer. Most importantly, Ed and Donna provided comfort and invaluable assistance to us following the loss of a member of our family. We can’t thank them enough!

We have loved staying at the Atlantic Plaza for a decade or more. The location in NSB is ideal for walking to Flagler and enjoying the ‘village’ type atmosphere. The pool and the beach are also great. The management is
superb. Any requests are handled graciously and promptly. A good combination of great location and nice friendly people. You can’t
beat that! We are also coming back.

Staying at Atlantic Plaza is like “going home”! We have stayed there for a week in April for YEARS and love it… and the people that run it are exceptional! It’s nice to see familiar faces every year. We always know what condo we will be in, and there are never any surprises. Along with being able to relax at the ocean, there are many places to shop or visit in the area. Love it!
This was our first time at the Atlantic Plaza and New Smyrna Beach, and we really enjoyed it. We felt very much at home and would definitely stay there again. My son loved the pool. I had a hard time getting him to come out.
